This mindfart is written in spirit of Working Out Loud #WOL on a boring Sunday afternoon.
Third Eye Express is the name of our voluntary, open-participation community on the blockchain. There are no real experts here, only learners and communicators. STEEM's socioeconomic design has so far shown us a great way of doing things, and that's to freely help out anyone with their ventures.
Well it's only me at the moment, but whatever. The hope is to lend our experience and more importantly, act on our desire to help out STEEM community members in strengthening the value proposition of their projects - big or small. Only if they're decent projects, of course.
About Us (first draft)
We are a group of ideation and branding consultants. The spirit is to enable others to have insights into the future of their ventures, then work towards it.
We work out loud, freely contributing to the wider community.
We will voice out honestly if faced with terrible ideas and sub-par brand images.
We tend to propose and gravitate around low-barrier ventures.
We value time. However, we'd also like to keep things casual and friendly.
We are all about rapid-prototyping and testing. Yes, that's Third Eye Express. Example: "logo" above cooked up in Canva in under 10 minutes.
Refinement and finalisation of materials will not be part of what we do.
Although we'd always contribute in the open like any Steemians, special request for our time and assistance will naturally come with a minimum price-tag, depending on time and degree of work required. But if I'm very free, then I wouldn't bother with any fees. Helping increases value of the network anyway.
Our credentials.
Well again it's only me so far lol. I've some experience under my belt when it comes to branding and ideation. Just a lifelong enthusiast. One of my works - Hybrid Entertainment. Also at time of writing, I'm part brand consultant and idea-dude in another unrelated blockchain project. Not going to disclose that at the moment, so you'd just have to take my word for it.
However, I believe in learning and cooperating more than anything else. Credentials and requirement of deep experience aren't paramount to the spirit of TEE, in my opinion. Lifelong TEE-spirited enthusiasts are far more important.
Update: the best way to dive into this is to understand there's really no great standard for ideation and branding. People only have different preferences.
Who may use us?
Anyone, as long as it's a generally mama-approved kind of project. It can range from personal blogs and vlogs, to larger ventures like blockchain companies and communities. As for Steemians, everybody is actually a one-man company with their own blog, and some honest personality imaging / branding wouldn't hurt.
How to be part of TEE?
There will be no official, contractual stuff here. You can freely adopt and be part of TEE or change it to whatever you want to call it, and it's up to others to decide if you're the right fit for their attention.
Anyone can participate and point Third Eye Express (TEE) to any ventures. To be honest, there are plenty of awesome TEE-ers on Steemit, especially the early adopters.
Future plans.
A TEE-token, just because. But on a serious note, TEE-tokens may be purchased as a way to request for our time and assistance. Maybe not. Will think about useful, differentiated functionalities later. A TEE-token is not necessary, but it would be cool.
Will use communities function to power TEE. If you already have that handle, please put it to good use. Or is communities namespace a different thing? Not so sure.
