This platform implements lending from cryptocurrency holder to client and APF will support to appraise client as intermediator. APF will also support in cases of delayed repayment of client as servicer. For this role, APF will take commission when matching the deal. As there are people who are not able to use the internet and/or disabled to read and write documents, APF will take such a role to aid them. No matter how developed the lending apps on the internet are, it will not work unless they can show an accurate situation and correct information of potential clients. We believe it's important to protect lender’s rights through supporting borrowers for repayment in a planned concise way. For this point, APF has an important role for this platform.
Indirect Lending Service (Fixed deposit)
The above platform provides an indirect lending service, this is similar to banking system. This lending platform will take charge of APC coin from APC holders as a deposit and assure to pay back with fixed interest rates in the designated terms. APF will take responsibility to lend deposited APC to clients with appropriate interest rates which will enable APF to repay APC with interest through this platform. This means APC holders are able to make fixed deposits by cryptocurrency.
It’s an expected need to change the existing financial regulations drastically to establish this platform and it’s deep relationship with cryptocurrency regulations implemented by each country. We will try to fit this lending platform to their sovereign regulations and be adopted by many countries. By adopting this platform, everyone who has cryptocurrency will be able to lend to potential clients such as the poor directly from all over the world.
