Background: The Problem

Conclusion
I believe OOOBTC has OOOBTC a lot of potentials if it can maintain the focus and tempo of the feat it has been able to achieve thus far; currently one of the world top 30 exchanges by volume on Coinmarketcap. In any case, it’s indeed an exchange to watch out for.
