The KDNA is a module management and build system that can also send and receive funds and participate in on-chain mechanisms. It is an open source codebase and a development tool that will greatly enhance the collaborative system. The Innovation Marketplace is where users can engage in bounties or competitions that are held by companies to develop their robotic need. The Manufacturing Alliance as a collaborative partnership that shares knowledge and resources will enable a fast manufacturing of robots. The Value Capture aims to make the community sustainable by incentivizing them thus they will not be dependent on donations. The Legal Enforcement protects users from theft obtained in the platform, as it is a storage for ideas, technology and others, it will then be vulnerable to violators and free-riders.
The Token
The Kambria token or ‘KAT’ is an ERC20 utility token that is used to access the platform. It is also used as a reward and as an incentive for stake holders. Examples of its uses are:
• For tipping projects or users that are on the leader board
• As a payment for submitting a bounty projects that are then staked throughout the program
• For the access and payment on the manufacturing network
• As a fee for value capture
• As a voting in KambriaVote regarding legal issues
A perk program is also made for KAT holders that offer a discounted access to different areas on the platform for as low as one KAT users can participate in the program and the higher the KAT being held, the larger the discount can be offered.
