Craig Wright and team didn't initiate the lawsuit against ABC. It was by disgruntled investors after the BCH price dropped due to the chain split and ABC's implementation of checkpoints and other forced changes to the protocol that occurred immediately after the fork with no discussion. And everything Craig has said how bitcoin really works is true. Regarding delivering dev work, just because he says something will be developed doesn't mean it magically happens the next day. He doesn't give fixed timelines because there are too many things going on at nChain to commit to a fixed date. So this claim that he doesn't deliver is bogus. Give it time.
