What is Skyllz, and how does it work?
Skyllz is a decentralized platform that unites people interested in professional development, career growth, job search or, conversely, the search for competent employees. These opportunities are realized at the expense of smart contracts and SKYLLZ TOKEN (SKT) tokens. Many opportunities to find work or improve skills were already available on the Workkola platform, but thanks to smart contracts, it was possible to objectively evaluate participants' skills and build a reputation.
This happens in the following way: people mark their key skills, go through the tasks and pass various tests for proficiency. After that they receive an evaluation from professionals who already have a high reputation in this field. The higher the reputation of a person and his proven professionalism, the more authoritative the evaluation received from him by other participants.
