The social media site Facebook has implemented the biggest shake-up ever to its upper-level management. Former Messenger head David Marcus will lead up a new group dedicated to blockchain technology, and long-time chief project officer Chris Cox will take over the Facebook app, as well as Instagram and Whatsapp.
