I am keeping this piece in Bullet points to try to simplify an already complex discipline:

At this point in time, there are 5,037 Cryptocurrencies and 20,348 marketplaces. Pretty impressive and pretty difficult to destroy an industry where Bitcoin reproduces like an amoeba almost everyday. But also very unfocussed and with 5,037 Captains with 5,037 visions of a revolutionary INVICIBLE but also INVISIBLE Technology.
And we haven’t even started talking about disagreements … more splits in a decade than a bad soap opera. Good thing is those splits actually ensure the survival of the Crypto Species, but to the legacy community seems like we are always fighting. “To the Outside World, Crypto is a like a very Big Italian Family, always fighting except when the Banks come knocking at the door :)” fAnonymous ,2019.

4)- Our Vision: Bold ideas: a CONCRETE solution and a mini United Nations / Bitcoin model where everybody gets a vote.
Whether you buy a Studio office (ICO office :) or the Bitcoin mansion office, we are proposing that any unit buyer receives 1 vote in the form of an NFT that will enable the owner to participate in the syndic elections / decisions of the building ( a la Bitcoin:)

- These developments are not seen as competition but we could either be strategic partners with them or cooperate in various ways. We aim at being a tiny ecosystem (almost 1 acre) that can be built from scratch quickly and that does not need much money (in international standards) to get started. – Some of my smart friends in traditional business have asked me: So is it a Residential project or an office project, is it for locals or foreigners, why have you chosen such a isolated rural site. “ These Bitcoin / Blockchain millionaires and billionaires will never listen to you”. Well maybe but if they community asks for a project like that, or if they get crypto and once have started with just an idea, then maybe they will read this paper (Or one of their assistants will :)
- We do NOT need another Token or Coin, We need another Concept of a fairer Life but based on some unfair Realities like those golden rules: Everyone at the root is in selfish / self interest mode, Power automatically corrupts, Money rules the World, most of the current political scenes are just musical chairs (no more elaboration on that or I will be the next Snowden:), some ass will always try to short-circuit a system, and as from 8 people in any group, people will always disagree.
11)- Treat a real life project as an Open Blockchain project (unlike Satoshi, I want to earn some dough from it :) with 15% margin, half the margin that traditional Real estate property developers make(Market benchmark for Real estate property developers is normally 30% margin but of course they face bigger risks. We will start the project only if we reach the soft cap of Tusd 21 million.

Sitting there in the Meditation room watching over the Pieter Both view extraordinaire and over some enya, BOB, my Blockchain phone sends me a (silent) notification from our car pooling app that my electric car is ready for pick up for my next meeting. As I leave the meditation room, some tokens (of my choice) are automatically deducted from my Xwallet. Today I don’t need the Porsche Taycan as I am only going for a meeting at the Moka Smart city which is 20 minutes away so I am taking the also fully electric BMW i3. All the tenants of the Building car pool a few electric cars since the building produces electricty and manages it on Powerledger’s Blockchain solution.
As I come back from my meeting, I go to the weekly Open marketplace where local planters get to sell their organic* veggies rent free provided they trade in tokens through PundiX Xpos payment system. I have some more “work” to do at Satoshi’s Lounge (a fancy blockchain term that means BAR in layman’s term) signing some contracts (smart of course). After a quick powernap in my private office suite (fitted with a bed), I get a airdopped NFT** invitation from Fluffy Poney for his New Stand Up comedy tonight at the Outdoor Auditorium by the rivulet. I don’t understand something:
On the card it says “ Free entrance provided you make a donation … in Monero” :) Ah that Fluffy, he nevers stops to fool around.
Feeling thirsty, and as a nice reward I go meet “Simba Skywalker” and “Russell Maximus” ***, my partners in crime for a nice sundowner at the BlockBar. As We enter, Nucleus Vision’s ION sensors detect our identities and before we get seated, our favourite drinks have already been served and paid for : A triple “Jameson” for the warrior, a “Sex on the beach” for the Sophisticated Geek and a “Savannah light cider” for the artist author.
Oh, and I am not supposed to tell you but next to us, but some famous Crypto OGs came by Chopper to watch Fluffy’s show. Can’t tell you their names but one used to be a Wrestler for the US team, one is an original Bitcoin entrepreneur who wanted bigger Blocks and one whose nick name sounds like Catamaran.
Oh, and the biggest star around is a very approachable Cryptopreneur whose name starts with a C and ends with a Z , but for privacy reasons I cannot tell you his name.
Luckily in what I call Satoshi’s Haven after all that fresh pure air (and a few drinks), everyone mingles around and by the time Fluffy’s show starts, we will all have become Blockchain Buddies.
Satoshi surely would have been proud of us from where he/she/they is/are watching us…

14)- My different financing options:
a)- The traditional Real Estate developper way in my economy is either Private Equity and / or Banks to show it is serious project with a “guarantee” that we will finish the project. Ok I get it, if smart and rich people will sponsor this project, they need guarantees. It probably would be the same if I was putting my money in that kind of a project, because just like you I have been burnt with a few ICOs back in 2017. So OK as from the moment the Soft cap is reached, we will go a Bank and negotiate a Bank Guarantee that the project will be completed.
b) – a traditional ICO / STO model with a token issue.
c) – THIS: a novel STO for Sale booking, we have already secured the land (3789 sq metres as equity in our company and the remaining 20% required as a promise of purchase from the land owner)

15)- (Almost) Anyone is Invited :) and you can pay with your OWN coin / token of which 80 % will be immediately converted to Tusd. We engage ourselves to keep at least 50% of our net profits in crypto (and yes we can make a smart contract for that also:).
Book via the Jur Legal smart contract platform with escrow in any tradable token, price of property in Tusd.
Once Soft cap is reached, we will use these smart contracts to go negotiate a GFA (Guarantee Insurance by a Bank that the project will be completed no matter what). Then we release the funds for purchase of the remaining land and construction phase.
Once we get that GFA, go negotiate with a renowned property developer to use his experience in that field to get this thing built.

We, Masternode Ventures Ltd, promoters of Satoshi’s Labs are a start up specialised in Blockchain tech, mainly for the African region. We personally and on a corporate level, have been ambassadors for several Blockchain Projects for the Africa region, namely NULS, Waltonchain , Unibright and Celcius. The author is also involved in the Blockchain (Mauritius) Foundation and the foundation is in talks with Cardano to become a strategic partner in the Foundation, specifically for Education purposes.
As our company name indicate, we also specialise in running Masternodes ( We are bullish on POS and it is really too hot and too expensive electricitywise to mine) for us and our clients.
The past year or so, we have been looking for a way to play a bigger part in the Blockchain industry (which we like to call the Cryptoverse) and this white paper has been the best idea so far to unite the Crypto Community, crystalize what Blockchain project is market ready and bring Crypto to the real non tech users to increase adoption. 20)- To end, I wanted to share with you how it all started: A ex friend of one of my best friends (who introduced me to that friend) showed me a piece of land he owns in agricultural quiet low density area 10 minutes from the freeway and the inherent crypto preneur in me told him : I think this is a place for a eco friendly green residential development for digital nomads … but if we could put Blockchain in everything in that building starting with the whitepaper to website to fund raising to management of the building resources, maybe the Blockchain World could notice us.
We are now proposing a Worldwide solution to showcase Blockchain in all it’s invisible beauty and efficiency that can be implemented anywhere in the World … wow the effects of the last Star Wars are really showing hey, I am feeling like I am graduating Crypto Jedi academy after writing this project :)
