Hello Steemians!!
Today I want talk about the movie that I went to see last night with my boyfriend. The chosen one was The Post! 📰
This movie, The Post, is starring two great Hollywood actors: Meryl Streep and Tom Hanks. His direction was in charge of Steven Spielberg. The movie deals with a rather delicate subject. The drama, as a whole, raises the question of freedom of expression versus secrets of the state. To what extent should we make known the stories that are hidden under the reality that the governors want to pass us by?
The film lives by the truth and therefore by the consequences that exist for telling the truth. There is tension. There is power. There are interests. There is submission. There is courage. Fortunately, courage wins and truth is spoken and respected. Now I ask myself! This is a reality that exists in a movie. Is the courage portrayed off-screen today? Does the courage of the less powerful overcome the submission of those who have more power?
I recommend watching this movie! I really enjoyed the unfolding of the action and the refinement of each character. However, what I liked the most was how much this film makes us think about the actuality and what is happening in the World.
Have a nice day!
