Meet my favorite recipe for a cocktail of red oranges and bananas. This drink is done instantly. It looks and tastes wonderful. I recommend drinking a cocktail for breakfast. It quenches your thirst and gives you a feeling of fullness.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Servings: 1 liter of juice
Calories: 60 in 100 ml
Components:
- 4 red oranges
- half a lemon
- 3 medium bananas
- half a glass of water
The glass has a capacity of 250 ml.
Wash the lemon and orange thoroughly under running and cold water. Cut each section in half and squeeze the juice out of them. When it comes to a lemon, it's enough to add only juice from one half to the cocktail. To squeeze the juice you will need a citrus juicer. After squeezing the juice, I pour it through the sieve to catch small stones or fibers from the pulp.
How to make a cocktail of red oranges and bananas:
Three medium bananas or four small peels of leather and fiber. Put in one dish together with freshly squeezed juice from red oranges and lemon. Also add half a glass of water. Mix everything thoroughly. If you have a blender, you can blend the cocktail in less than 20 seconds.
