Pokemon Go Weight Loss Challenge
Ok so 2 days ago I decided I'm TOO FAT and ready to go back to a better weight. I don't have a ton of time and like to play Pokemon Go so I thought it'd be a good opportunity to mix fun with exercise. On top of doing that I'm NOW going to fast between 8 PM & 12AM. During my 8 hour window I will try to consume all my daily calories.
Starting Weight 7/29 244 lbs
During day 1 I walked around 3 miles starting XP 16,136 ending at 38,593XP. Walking from 6AM to 8AM.
Starting Weight 7/30 245.6 lbs
During day 2 I walked around 2 miles starting XP 40,038 XP ending at 49,401 XP Walking from 10AM to 11AM.
Starting Weight 7/31 244.4 lbs
During day 3 I walked around 2 miles starting XP 50101 XP ending at 61,213. Walking from 8:30AM to 10AM. Today is the day I've decided to fast for 16 hrs a day.

Game Updates:
So I hadn't played Pokemon Go since around October of last year thus hadn't seen all the new features. Over the past three days I've done 3 RAID Battles...alone. But did win 2 battles over Croconaw.
Found Ditto today....
Nothing else has really been ground breaking. I'm really hoping to use gameification with fasting to lose massive amounts of weight. Looking for any support or recommendations moving forward. Stay tuned....
