Good day dear community, at the beginning I would like to welcome you all to my new post and hope you have a great start to the weekend! In my new post, I have decided to devote myself to mythology and hope you can expand your knowledge a little.
Here are some works of art that are supposed to represent the Roman goddess of wisdom Minerva and I created them with the help of artificial intelligence and the equivalent of her from Greek mythology is also known the goddess Athena who is also considered the protective goddess of the city of Athens. Minerva is considered a personification of wisdom and is generally considered extremely diverse and she is also seen a goddess of art, crafts and warcraft and from time to time she is also considered a moon goddess and she is considered a younger goddess and was accepted by the other gods over time and her cult was especially celebrated by the Etruscans and Sabines. Sometimes Minerva is also seen as the protective goddess of doctors and she is also credited with the invention of the most important things of humanity and she was also considered the creator of ships and is therefore often revered by seafarers and when it comes to the art of war, she was specifically associated with tactical defense. In the Italian city of Rome, she has achieved a particularly high priority and was also revered together with Juno and Jupiter as one of the three protective goddesses of the city and some temples were also built in Rome, which unfortunately are no longer preserved and once a year between the 19th and 23rd March, a five-day festival was celebrated, which was also known as Quinquatria and her cult spread more and more in whole the country and Minerva was also highly revered in Eturia. Similar to Athena, her most important characteristics include the owl, armor, helmet and the olive tree was considered the sacred tree of her and most of the time she is considered a courageous goddess and her eyes were often regarded as suns that had supernatural abilities. Minerva also plays an important role in the visual arts and has often been portrayed in various works since ancient times in paintings, fountains, sculptures and she can also be found in heraldry and is depicted in different coats of arms which are particularly widespread in Spain, France, Italy and other European countries.
Many thanks for taking the time to read through my post and I hope you like it and can learn something new about mythology!
