Here you can see pictures of different types of flowers and I would like to use them to get closer to the subconscious and specifically I would like to go into more detail about the connections. Over 95% of all actions come from our subconscious, which is able to recognize complex systems or thought patterns and to link certain impressions or sensory perceptions. A good example are flowers and if you look at them, this is usually perceived as positive and these feelings or emotions that arise in the process are strongly linked to the subconscious and how strongly these effects are is stored in the subconscious and the intensity of the associations is entirely related to how often we experience these impressions and how strong the feelings are during these moments. In addition to the impressions of seeing, other sensory perceptions such as smells are also unconsciously stored and depending on whether we like a smell or not, it is all connected with these moments and if we were for example, in a place where many fragrant flowers were found, these links contribute to the fact that we associate these memories with joy. Conversely, this is also the case and if some sensory perceptions were associated with negative experiences, it happens that we try to avoid these moments in the future and another good example is music because if we like a song better, it is stored in the subconscious and people tend to hear this song more often. Interesting in this context are also the feelings that are generated by music and when a piece of music has an energetic effect on the body, this effect is also transferred to the subconscious and it can happen that when we feel tired we return to exactly this title. This form of the associations can be associated with numerous other patterns and I hope I can express well with this example what complex processes take place in our subconscious.
The effect of colors is also strongly associated with it and in addition to the general effect of the different colors on the subconscious, it is also interesting that we link these perceptions to certain events and we usually visit the places where we particularly liked the color perception more often and without specifically tracing it to this. These links can be transferred to pretty much everything and so it is of course also associated with negative experiences and it can also be described as a kind of emotional memory that is controlled by the subconscious and subliminally guides us in certain directions on the basis of certain associations. Accordingly, it also comes down to which actions we perform in this regard and this is also particularly noticeable with fear reactions and these can lead to different reactions and ensure that we think irrationally and change the entire behavior. Here too, there are the same effects and the more often we perceive certain events, the more strongly this is also linked to the subconscious and if, for example, you have been frightened several times in one place and the pulse has shot up as a reaction, it can also happen that the pulse rises in the same place, even if we have not been frightened. Physical reactions are a good example and in this way certain routines also arise and if this routine should come out of balance, there can also be physical changes due to certain habits and if this routine is interrupted by spontaneous events, the subconscious reacts very much to it. Through these connections, it is easy to perceive certain changes and it can be roughly said that the steeper the mountain is and the more often we climb it, the more this routine also improves and we run up the mountain faster and faster and if these events are in turn associated with feelings of endurance, the handling of the physical stress also changes and when you have understood this principle for the first time you only notice how complex the subconscious really works.
