In the vast majority of situations, the outcome and the way things unfold depends largely on the attitude and behaviour we take in the face of that particular situation. It all depends on the amount of effort we put in, and the importance we give to situations.

In view of the great social competitiveness in all areas, from academic to work, it is not only enough to know how to do things in order to get a job, or a university fellowship, we must also demonstrate our capacity, and the willingness to assume the commitment. In this sense, throughout the establishment of the company, various test methods have been developed with the aim of demonstrating to people that they are the most suitable to choose a certain position in the different institutions. Many of these tests consist of capacity assessment processes through interviews or any other method of direct inquiry to ascertain the opinions and interests of the participants. This way you can select the people you consider most suitable for the task or position.

It is precisely in these testing processes that the attitude and behaviour adopted is crucial, because the result of our responses, our actions and the level of empathy we demonstrate are reflected in them. The point is that situations must be assessed very well before acting or issuing an opinion that could harm us. In any aspect there will always be a positive and a negative side, but our task is to evaluate the situations as a whole, and to consider our responses based on the most probable results, and not get carried away by the first impression, or by preferences.
