Sometimes in life you need to make decision that are not easy. Not easy for you and not easy for the people around you. In those moments you wish yourself being able to travel in time - you wish you could change things by their very nature. You wish you could change the world and eventually you even wish you could change the people and disturbingly however truthfully you wish you could vanish and get your deserved silence.
Why do people fear confrontation so often? Why is confrontation often times neglected and being viewed as something attributable only to people with bad behavior? Why is it, that diplomatic solutions without any confrontation and without any emotion - I cal them dead discussions - getting so much more valued than direct and head on change? A fresh start with the person or a long overdue change in directions.
Do we fear the feeling of flying free like the king of all birds and choosing our own targets, individually? Although we are all dreaming to be a bird, a hunter at best - an eagle! We miss to understand the very nature of those flying stars of the sky. They will look for their target and execute any action necessary to hit it were it hurts. They will focus on their own direction and take decisions that go beyond reason. The predator is not afraid of headwinds and he is not afraid of confrontation - he is hungry and will eliminate his prey - he will change for no one.
As much as we like to have a nice life, sometimes naively we believe that harmony is life's elixir. The odd's that make people overcome their fears are far inferior in a situation of harmony - actually most people die in situations of absolute harmony. It doesn't even need a black swan for that. You are making yourself so damn vulnerable that god himself will shit on your face and make you understand that this life is to be conquered by storm; this life is to be challenged day in, day out.
Make them believe you matter.
The eagle is trained to find and eliminate it's pray by millions of year's of experience by his predecessors. He is not willing to sacrifice any of his territory to others. People seeing the nature of such a bird, People seeing the nature of predators nowadays are getting scared away by their brutal reality. The kingdom of animals has moved far away from our ability to live with each other we have created a new form of reality with each other in which each matter while no one really matters. We believe we fight for each other while in reality they only execute their everyday routines and adapt to expectations made by people who have very long ago became predators again.
The leader's of our society have rejuvenated their inner animal and created an environment of precise and defined rules. Rules which will make you follow their lead. Rules that will make you look up to them in awe as to how they achieved their dreams. Rules that display the nature of animals.
