Life's been so busy lately, but GOOD busy! Still remember how life was a few years ago when I was working a 9-5 job and then had to deal with all my other responsibilities! That was BAD busy haha! I feel blessed to have the opportunity to be able to work remotely, collaborate with so many amazing and talented people and build so many cool things!
In this post I'm going to share with you a few REALLY IMPORTANT achievements of the past month as well as some really cool Skatehive updates! And just to make you jealous, I'm gonna show you how good I have it here at the beach house haha! Summer has officially begun!

Blockchain Ioannina Event
As I mentioned in this post, I am one of @EpirusDAO co-founders, and Blockchain Ioannina was the first ever event we organized as a community on June 18, 2025!
How did it go?
IT WAS 100% SUCCESSFUL!
More than 80 people of all ages from all over Greece came together at Ioannina and spent an afternoon full of great presentations, lots of smiles, networking and of course pizza! 40 of them actually 🍕
This was our first event and our first IRL appearance as Epirus DAO since we launched our website, litepaper and socials just a over a month ago, and god damn it felt FCKING AMAZING to watch so many people curious about blockchain gather in my hometown Ioannina!
I mean, look at all that crowd during the presentations!
And the best part? So many people were asking questions, geniouenly curious about blockchain tech, Bitcoin, exchanges and of course... SKATEHIVE AND HIVE!
Oh yeah, I was one of the organizers, but I was also a speaker hehe! My topic? You guessed it, @skatehive community of course! The first WEB3 skateboarding community on this fokin planet building proudly on Hive since 2020!
I think I did a really great job in explaining what Skatehive community is, how our social media app works (https://www.skatehive.app/), how we managed to build so much with 0 funding thanks to the passion that unites our community (skateboarding), and how Hive is powering skateboarders worldwide by giving us the tools to tokenize social media interactions and transact value with no middlemen involved!
In fact, I got questions about Hive from 3 different attendants during my speech, and even more after the presentations during the networking phase! So many people found the fact that a blockchain like Hive exists fascinating! So many have tried to build tokenized socials, and most failed! We at Hive are doing it right since 2020! Hell yeah!

Skatehive News
It's not a secret that @Skatehive is one of the most OG communities on Hive, and we're keeping it true and onchain since 2020. During the past 5 years, we've managed to onboard hundreds of skateboarders, generated over 89k as community payouts and built a solid presence as a DIY web3 community in the blockchain world!
The last couple years we took Skatehive one step further and... build our own social media app, Skatehive.app!
Creating a skateboarding only social media app not only helped us onboard even more skaters onchain, but also assisted in understanding what skaters really want from socials! This lead us to this next step...

Summer is HERE And This Means Beach House
And now it's time to make you all jealous haha! After a really busy year, it's time to chill for the next 3 months at the beach house so me and @illusivelf packed our stuff and escaped the city madness last Friday!
We're only here for 4 days, but we're having a BLAST! Priorities are straight: Swim, eat, drink, sleep and repeat haha! Literally, that's what we're doing for the last few days, we really needed that!
We both know that we need to get back on our daily routines at some point, but until then we'll be in vacation mode 🌊
