Now I think I should have studied harder, even harder to get a job in BANK. I think it's the only entity whose people support BANDH to increase their salaries. Customer satisfaction, technological advancement, and other banking terms come secondary. Their main agenda is to increase salaries. I don't know or haven't heard about any organization in India where people go for a strike for their increment.
It's become a regular matter for a while. Want Increment, Support Strike (sometimes 24 hrs, sometimes 48 hrs)
It's good but could have been better if those same people supported BANDH against the loot going on in the name of service, security and safety.

One Nirab Modi, Mallaya, Lalit Modi would come and BANK will act as a brothel and the common people would suffer and compensate for the mischief they commit.
Is it really acceptable??
I know few of my relatives, closed ones, friends might feel bad or may distance for the comment I made but I don't feel sorry for the same. Really. Enough is enough.
One more thing I want to add that People associated with Banking Sector proudly supporting BANDH (Strike) - No issue. Let them do it. At least let them use their democratic power.
I also believe that Government will definitely look into this matter with utmost priority and their demands will be fulfilled sooner or later.
But I have a small appeal to those people who bluntly come forth for this kind of movement, we as a common people of this nation will also go for a mass strike (BANDH) by revoking all our accounts from all the banks demanding for higher ROI, effective good services and stopping all the loots in daylight..
Will the Government be bound to agree to all our terms or in other words will we be able to bend the arrogance, monopoly nature of our elected government????
Should "United Forums of Bank Unions" decide to take this step for their demands to fulfil, then why not us, "the CUSTOMERS", "the COMMON PEOPLE" can't take this stand???
