How can you probably do that? Well, we are going to talk about drinks instead of food ;)

Principle:
So many people are struggling with weight issues nowadays and cannot seem to get control. It is very hard to eat less because we do still have to eat something and therefore cannot quit cold turkey like for instance with smoking. You can simply stop smoking altogether. With eating, you will always have to eat something and therefore the lines get blurry. However, people do not seem to have these issues when it comes to drinking because we can simply switch to a very healthy beverage and you can drink as much as you want. (okay, do not drink more than 2 liters per hour, but ey who's gonna do that?).
