Somwhere on a relationship platform, I read a post of a long time friend complaining about his women who finds sex a burden. After reading his complains, I got to know his woman is having a problem reffered to as Frigidity. Since I do not know or have much experience on this issue, I would love you (my readers) to give a reliable feedback on the subject matter.

However, let me discuss briefly on this. What is frigidity?
Frigidity is the inability of a woman to repond to stimulus, or achieve an orgasm during sexual intercourse with her partner (simply put, lack of pleasure during sex). When I read about his case, i told myself at first that he is the cause of her problem. Was he impotent? Was he not satisfying her on bed enough? Didnt he "prepare her" enough before sex? are some out of the many questions that ran through my mind...
Surprisingly, after reading through his story I felt a little worried and concluded I had little knowledge about this issue. I did a little dig up and sighted some facts and revelations. I got to know that about 32-38% of women worldwide have some kind of frigidity, isn't it surprising?
Again, I got to know that this disorder can be ignited as a result of psychological or emotional problems, some of which can be stress, anxiety, guilt, depression, fatigue, worry, guilt and even pregnancy. The most revealing part is that it can also develop from the painful sexual intercouse from her partner. Wait, does this relates to women of low libido?
Yeaaa, I am aware that many women become indifferent to sex. As much as some love it and can go for many rounds, some desperately hates it. To some, however, sex is a big sacrifice they have to engage it, probably to keep their marrige. Whatever way, my concern is why such experience (frigidity) erupted at first?
Anyway, whether psychological (bad past experiences), physiological (hormonal imbalance), stress, lifestyle etc or whater reasons you have to be in this position, I strongly believe you are UNHEALTHY, and you need to find a safe and relaible way get back your sex live.
Maybe you (my readers) will help with some recommendations.
