Hey Hive!
It’s been one month since I started posting regularly, and I wanted to take a moment to reflect on this journey not only to share my progress, but also to document this experience as a kind of public journal I can look back on later.
Why I Joined Hive
I’ve been posting mostly about game development, which is both my passion and my profession. I love sharing my projects, tools, and insights and Hive has been the perfect place to do that.
From my very first posts, I felt welcomed and encouraged. A big thanks to @web-gnar who supported me early on and introduced me to the C/GAME-DEV community. The admins there have also been incredibly supportive. I really appreciate the warm welcome!
Even though the game dev community on Hive is still small, I see that as an opportunity. One of my long-term goals is to help grow it by keep sharing content and inviting other devs from outside Hive to join the movement.
Exploring Other Interests
This month I also made a post about calisthenics, another passion of mine. It was great to see it well received by the C/SWC community and supported by @swc-curation!
I like the idea of showing a bit more of who I am. We all have different interests, and I’d love to start posting about motivation and football (soccer) in the near future too. I’ve already joined a few communities around those topics!

I also had 90 HBD already staked, which generated 0.63 HBD in interest this month
My plan is to convert HBD into Hive and Power Up, as my main goal right now is to increase my HP and support the ecosystem.

Since becoming more active, I’ve also been reading and engaging with other Hive users and earning badges along the way!
First Power UP Day
This was my first Power Up Day, and I’m glad I joined! I plan to participate regularly going forward, with the goal of powering up 100 HIVE each month (we’ll see how it goes 😅).
I’m about to earn the Level 3 badge which i'm really excited for! For now the Level 4 is a bit far for me but its not imposible so i will get there with patience and consistency.
First Community Token I Bought
One community that caught my eye early on was @brofund. I joined their Discord, where I felt welcome right away even as a newcomer. I’ve now started buying BRO tokens and I’m aiming for my Bro Holder badge 💪
Future Goals
Despite of i have some really big goals to achieve on Hive i am a person who love the idea of "1% better each day" thats why here i want to leave some next steps im planning
- Post 15-20 times on June
- Improve my writting and learn more about creating high quality post(will love some advice on this topic 😅)
- Personalize my post and profile banner
- Keep interacting with other Hivians and Communities
- Participate in the next Power Up Day
- Start posting about other topics(Motivation, Football(Soccer), etc)
Conclusion
I’m really proud of what I’ve built in just one month, and even more excited about what’s ahead. Hive feels like a place where I can grow as a creator, connect with others, and contribute to something meaningful.
There’s still a lot I want to learn about the platform and the community but I’m all in.

¡Hola Hive!
Hace un mes que comencé a publicar de forma regular y quería tomarme un momento para reflexionar sobre este camino. No solo para compartir mi progreso, sino también para dejar registrada esta experiencia como una especie de diario público al que pueda volver en el futuro.
¿Por qué me uní a Hive?
He estado publicando principalmente sobre desarrollo de videojuegos, que es tanto mi pasión como mi profesión. Me encanta compartir mis proyectos, herramientas y aprendizajes, y Hive ha sido el lugar perfecto para hacerlo.
Desde mis primeros posts me sentí bien recibido y motivado. ¡Un gran agradecimiento a web-gnar por apoyarme desde el inicio e invitarme a la comunidad C/GAME-DEV! Los admins también han sido muy amables y eso se valora mucho.
Aunque la comunidad de devs en Hive todavía es pequeña, lo veo como una gran oportunidad. Uno de mis objetivos a largo plazo es ayudar a hacerla crecer compartiendo contenido y motivando a más desarrolladores de fuera a unirse.
Explorando otros intereses
Este mes también hice un post sobre calistenia, otra de mis pasiones. ¡Y fue muy bien recibido por la comunidad C/SWC y apoyado por swc-curation!
Me gusta la idea de mostrar más de quién soy. Todos tenemos múltiples intereses, y me encantaría empezar a escribir también sobre motivación y fútbol próximamente. ¡Ya me uní a algunas comunidades sobre esos temas!

🏅 Insignias nuevas
Desde que empecé a estar más activo, también me tomé el tiempo para leer a otros Hivers, comentar y participar. ¡Y eso me permitió ganar algunas insignias!
Mi primer Power Up Day
Este fue mi primer Power Up Day, ¡y me encantó participar! Voy a intentar hacerlo todos los meses, con el objetivo de hacer Power Up de 100 HIVE por mes (aunque veremos si llego 😅).
Estoy por ganar la insignia de nivel 3, ¡lo cual me tiene muy emocionado! El nivel 4 todavía está lejos, pero no es imposible. Paciencia y constancia.
Primer token de comunidad que compré
Una de las comunidades que más me llamó la atención al principio fue brofund. Me uní a su Discord, donde me recibieron muy bien incluso siendo nuevo. Ahora empecé a comprar BRO tokens y estoy en camino a conseguir la insignia de Bro Holder 💪
Metas a futuro
Aunque tengo objetivos grandes en Hive, soy de las personas que cree en el enfoque de “mejorar 1% cada día”. Así que estas son algunas acciones que planeo para junio:
- Publicar entre 15 y 20 posts
- Mejorar mi redacción y aprender más sobre cómo hacer posts de calidad (¡se aceptan consejos! 😅)
- Personalizar el banner de mi blog y perfil
- Seguir interactuando con otros Hivers y comunidades
- Participar en el próximo Power Up Day
- Empezar a escribir sobre otros temas (Motivación, Fútbol, etc.)
Conclusión
Estoy muy contento con todo lo que logré en este primer mes, y todavía más emocionado por lo que viene. Hive se siente como un lugar donde puedo crecer como creador, conocer personas geniales y ser parte de algo más grande.
Aunque ya conocía la blockchain, todavía me queda mucho por aprender sobre la plataforma y la comunidad. ¡Y eso me motiva aún más!
