One thing that I see on display here on the steemit platform is how several countries have their people really well united and working to move the whole collection of people forward. No, that is not right, let me try it again. The people of several different countries have formed groups that unite the people of that country here on steemit. That is a clearer picture of what I have seen, I don’t believe the governments of those countries had a thing to do the people organizing themselves on here. If the country has a central bank you can rest assured that the government didn’t have one thing to do with it. The last thing the banking cartel wants is competition, and that is exactly what they are getting from decentralized crypto-curruncies like steem.
So, when I found myself on here I took notice of the countries like Korea, Philippines, South Africa, and Indonesia with their own tags and banners. I also took notice that I didn’t see a group of good old red blooded Americans. Team Philippines members seemed especially strong, when a member of that group post something, the others were supporting that post with upVotes and supportive comments. I see the same thing with all the others I have listed as well, upVotes and positive reply’s.
I am pleased to report and pass along that the USA has a group now, Steemusa. The man who got me involved with the Unmentionables became the first member of Steemusa on 12/02/17, Mr. Ethan D. Smith is his name. He left a link laying around in discord and I decided to check it out on this past Sunday. I am now the 67th member of the group, having been approved late Monday afternoon.
If you are an American, posting original content, and are willing to fly the red, white, and blue then what in the hell are you waiting on? Get over to Steemusa and get your membership, and help promote the group and yourself with the group. If we all pull together we will see increases in our share of the rewards pools. The majority of the people I have interacted with here on steemit are not from the USA, not sure why that is, but I am sure that I will be finding more now.
For my foreign friends and readers, if you aren’t in a group of your fellow countrymen, find or make one, the “army of one” isn’t all it is cracked up to be. Strength in numbers is where we all should be headed.
It would be nice if steemusa got so many members that we had broken it down into state blocks, and then counties. If we get to that point steem should be a household word.
I am in this for the long haul; the engine is just warming up,
Until next time,
