the first step you have to do is your friend's house, to ride the Hirens Boot CD iso, I suggest your friend's laptop must be free of viruses, if your friend's laptop is using an antivirus eset NOD32 or 64, because in my experience, I make a rescue usb always successful , and safe from viruses, I have never tried other antiviruses ... but according to information my other antivirus friends still penetrate the shortcut virus: D
the second step you have to download ultra iso software. after downloading then install, after the installation is complete, look for the downloaded hbcd iso file then the ISO file we mount the virtual device / drive, after mounting the drive we open the file and we execute the HBCD file menu
after the HBCD menu opens, follow the image steps, open the partition / boot / MBR tab, look for the Grub4Dos menu tab, then install your flashdisk, how you can see the picture

ok after installing grub4dos on your flashdisk, please copy all HBCD ISO files to the flash disk installed Grub4dos
