This is an awesome and high quality headlamp with 3,350 lumens LED and a range of 155 meters. This is a flashlight or headlamp which makes it quite versatile for any type of use.
The TH30 head lamp comes with a head band and rubber retainer for use as a head lamp or you can remove it and the flashlight becomes a very nice sized hand held flashlight.
With the shirt clip and the 90 degree turned light output this is perfect for clipping onto your pocket on the go at night. This keeps your hands free as well.
As a hand held flashlight the location of the power button is also perfect and easy to use.
As is typical with the ThruNite LED flashlights I have tried, this comes with extra O rings and a spare rubber headlamp retainer. There is also the shirt clip and a USB charging cable.
ThruNite flashlights typically have a variety of functions ranging from firefly mode with only 0.5 lumens on up to turbo mode with 3350 lumens.
The firefly mode is perfect for survival situations or reading in camp without disturbing others.
The turbo mode pierces the night up to 155 meters.
One thing I like about this headlamp is that it has a very wide angle beam and a spotlight in the center. The wide angle gives you a good view of what is around you while the spotlight cuts deep into the darkness.
