Friendship day's First special story...
After the first world war, there was a feeling of hatred, envy, enmity and dissatisfaction among people around the world. This has led to a negative feeling worldwide. The government started celebrating Friendship Day since 1935 in order to reduce this negativity. Normally there is no holiday on Sundays. On this very day, people can celebrate this day and celebrate 'Friendship Day' on the first Sunday of August.

In 1935, the government killed an innocent person in the United States on the first Sunday of August. A friend of his friend committed suicide in the memory of his friendship. After this event, the proposal to be celebrated as International Friedaship Day was kept in front of the US Government. The proposal was approved in 1958 after 21 years of government approval.
