I've had a tendency to move lightning fast within my mind. Like zoom zoom. This leads to making less than the best decisions in some moments. As with such quick mind movement - that's out of touch with the pace of movement of the Body and Breathing.
Why Do I bring this Up
I'm slowing down
trading markets often results in this fast mind movement activity and in many instances there's a tendency to let oneself get emotional about direction movement. For better or for worse...and it's usually for the worse when the starting point for making decisions is emotionally biased.
it's fascinating really - how our growth potential in investing/trading/life can in fact be stunted and or suppressed when we are emotional within our starting point of movement and decision making.
I've made many many mistakes over the years. It's taken me a long time to come to terms with a number of these bloopers/blunders/blips.
Realization
Changing my relationship with mistakes is Life Changing. It's a matter of ownership. Specifically taking responsibility for what i've accepted and allowed and forgiving myself...gifting myself the insight into seeing my misgiving's.
"stopping" is a move and play - it's a position and action. Stopping is sometimes the best move to make...which in many instances can mean to just relax and take it easy - let go of the sent of urgency to rush. (most specifically- this has come up within crypto trading)

Recognizing when i have a desire to chase after Investments - I realize there's a bit of energy there - usually not very helpful in terms of the guidance being a good play - though interestingly enough - by recognizing the energy patterns tht come up when it's like I want to make a trade a play and chase after something in the market...I am able to use this as a point of stop, slow down and chill for a moment. A great tip i was given: when you get worked up about something: "decide to let it go instead" and come back to the point in 10 minutes. Interestingly enough, more often than not - that "rush" of in the moment reaction is gone and the 'big deal' of the energy isn't such a big deal anymore because...a slow down and let go was self-directed.
Self-Corrected Living
When and as I see myself going into a "rush" like experience - I stop, breathe and slow down within myself. I know that my best ability to move and function is with a quiet, calm and cool mind. I let go of the sense of urgency surfacing within myself as like the justification to get worked up within thinking...and to keep going in mind - realize the ridiculousness of such reactionary behavior.

Self-definitions enables our words here as stepping stones of support. Meaning: it is who we are here in and as our words and world. Self-Definition: is the who to the how of myself in and as words. Words are Alive.
Challenges are necessary. Vulnerability is a key component to being able to Learn effectively.
