I don't know what is happening but I have to take some medicine about my aching body maybe tomorrow if I would get to eat some breakfast like a toasted piece of bread. It gives me to worries that I might have the covid or something because body pain is one of the symptoms of covid.
I guess that I should not scare myself and just live my life and enjoy what was left from me. It is a thing I should do and not the things that is isn't there.
But it sucks to have an aching body, my back and all my joints are just not cooperating right now considering that I am taking my parathyroid medicine along with my phosphate binder.
My dialysis yesterday wasn't so good, it had made me to drink much water today, or could it be the bacon? I ate some bacon this morning and it is indeed salty. I am not used to eating salty foods because I know that it causes me to drink more.
So now I had drunk a lot of fluids while I wasn't able to perspire some of it. I hate the weather lately because it is cloudy and it didn't get too hot. Now I just have to control myself and not drink more water lest I will overdo it.
Drinking extra water just makes my lungs collect water so I have to control my water intake for that matter. I am also planning to use my sauna suit so that I can be able to sweat out some sodium or salt from my body and some of the water that I drank today so that I can feel much better.
I hope that it will be hot tomorrow and not like this where it rains a bit but just enough to cool things off. SO this is just what happens when things cool off. Every drop of water counts and I easily get filled with fluids affecting my overall well-being. That is why I love the hot weather so much unlike if the weather is cooler or if it is the rainy season.
I also have to take some NSAID pain reliever because I definitely will have a hard time using the bathroom because these body pains just restricts my movements simply because every joint is painful. May God help me.
