For those that follow my non-food ramblings you'll know that I'm a fan of podcasting, social audio, social media, and building community. When I finally began to understand the power of the blockchain as a content creation destination I quickly began to evangelize in a few different ways.
First I launched the Crypto Content Creators with my good friend and fellow podcaster @shainemata in the summer of 2021. BTW, you can either thank or not thank Shaine for my involvement in the wonderful world of Hive. It was Shaine who told me that I should take a look at what he had been doing for the last couple of years. It didn't take long for him to convince me that I should take a serious look at what Hive had to offer. He has been me and my family's guide here on Hive and I'm especially grateful to him for onboarding us and answering all of our questions over the last 10 months. Friends like Shaine are worth their weight in gold.
As I continued to learn and grow here on Hive I knew I needed to find a way to education and inform folks I know from traditional social and podcasting to consider the blockchain as content creation destination. So in November 2021 I launched Social Media and the Blockchain as part of the 30-day National Podcast Post Month challenge. This was in addition to bringing NaPodPoMo to Hive for the first time ever.
Then in January, I launched the 31-day Blockchain Creators Challenge daily Twitter Spaces show and Blockchain Creators Community on Twitter.
As part of the daily #BlockchainCreators show I began an interview series so that folks on Twitter could learn from others who had found success in creating content on the blockchain.
I kicked off the interview series with the absolutely wonderful @traciyork who shared her experience with Blockchain Blogging. (You can listen to the interview and Q&A session recorded live here)
#BlockchainCreators: When it comes to blogging there are many similarities and just as many differences between blogging on the blockchain vs. traditional blogging.

In future posts I will share more of the fab folks I have had the pleasure to interview for the Blockchain Creators. Stay tuned.
