Earlier, I was thinking about how I can improve my skills in both photography and writing, and it made me want to write about it. In a previous post, I mentioned that I had regained the motivation to return to posting on this platform. However, I ended up taking another pause, and now I’m working on learning how to become better at what I do.
While there are plenty of online resources about photography, there seems to be a lack of guidance on how to become a good photography blogger specifically on this platform. I’ve been looking for specific methods that creators use to enhance their writing skills in a way that fits well here.
Although I’ve blogged here before, I feel that the pause I took has made me rusty. My skills and creativity seem to have regressed to a point that no longer feels up to the standards of this platform.
Maybe it’s because I’ve noticed that the skill level of those who started alongside me has grown significantly—far beyond where I am now. Maybe I’m just feeling irrelevant, and what I used to consider good no longer resonates with the audience. Or perhaps the platform itself has evolved, and the knowledge I once relied on has become outdated.
At this point, I feel the need to learn, reflect, and find a new approach to writing posts that will still engage readers here. Essentially, I want to start over and figure out how to become relevant again.
I may be starting over, but this time with a clearer purpose and a renewed passion to grow. Here's to the journey ahead—one step, one post, one photo at a time.
