First off, my latest achievement... over 1,300,000 Blurt Power! I earned every token (except an initial investment of 0.2 BTC) on these blockchains over almost 8 years.
I was at exactly 1 million BP on January 1st 2024, so I've added 300,000 in the last 20 months, which is 15000 per month (an average of +500 daily).
Secondly, I'm going to be doing another round of Blurt Airdrop... and I'm calling this one the "Blurt Warriors edition"!
Note: Is there a way to sort all Blurt's users by various statistics like bp, liquid blurt, power ups, power downs, delegations, time since last post, etc? This would really help cut down on the work it takes to figure out who is eligible for each airdrop I do! We used to have "richlist" by ecosynth but it stopped working, and on Hive they use Hivebuzz's ranking page. Do we have anything like that?)

Powering down
I am going to power down my 1.31m BP and hold it as liquid BLURT for now. This is a 4 week process which I'll start tomorrow. You can't do anything with BLURT that is powered up - except vote with it (and earn curation rewards). I've been doing that nonstop (365 days a year) for a very long time now. A break would be nice. And then I'll have money ready to spend if needed.
For example, @outofthematrix has a post here suggesting we look into an "MBridge" solution to the problem of Probit delisting BLURT. I may want to chip in toward that. Also, maybe BLURT is going to skyrocket during the looming alt-season, and I'll want to finally earn something for all the years and capital I've put in? Or maybe there will be a crash, and I'll want to get out while I still can? That's only possible with liquid BLURT, not BP.
And I can always power it back up immediately if desired. All I'll lose is a tiny bit of momentum in BP growth (reduced curation rewards). Tiny downside, several huge potential upsides. It's time to finally power down and hold liquid tokens on this blockchain.
That will also give me plenty of money to do the next airdrop.
