While I was trying to tinker with my girlfriends laptop, I had a difficult time removing a screw. Because I couldn't remove it, it became a stripped screw. I've been searching Youtube on how to remove this screw and I tried a lot of methods but it wouldn't budge. I really got frustrated for a week just thinking of how to remove it. I finally gave up and looked for a laptop repair shop.

During my lunch break, I decided to go to Porta Vaga Mall located at Session road looking for a repair shop. The first shop that I went to said they don't have the tools to repair it so they referred me to go to the top floor of Porta Vaga. When I checked the repair shop, the stall said that he would resume the next week. And then I found this shop called LV- Tech Laptop and Cellphone repair specialist. Below are the services that they offered.

When I showed them the laptop, they are wondering what happened. Thankfully, one of their technicians knew what to do so I just let them remove it for me.

While waiting for it to be removed, I was looking through their stuff and they were selling different kinds of phone and laptop accessories. Too bad I didn't see the process on how they removed it. I was really curious but we have to practice Social Distancing.

To my delight the technician was able to remove it but, there were scratches after. I was wondering how much would it cost and they said it was for FREE! But in the end I gave them a tip because I knew how hard it was to remove a stripped screw.

I was finally able to install the SSD in the laptop so it would run a lot faster.
