Those of you who regularly read me are already familiar with my persistent opinion about the importance of maintaining good health and a balanced physical body. I advise not to take drugs, not to misuse our physical sexuality, not to consume damaging artificial substances and in general to be attentive to our corporal needs.
The reason for a healthy lifestyle that was given so far was quite obvious – the physical body is your vehicle on earth, in the physical realm, and in order to manifest your full potential you need it to be fully functional until old age. How else could you live long to see your dreams come true and to indulge yourself in their full glamour?! Your senses are the way you perceive reality. You smell and taste the good food you have cooked; you watch and hear a nice movie on the internet and you feel on your skin the touch of a beloved spouse.

But there is another reason why it is so important to take care of your body and in particular to allow the physical senses to serve you smoothly. The senses – hearing, smell, taste, sight and touch – have another role. They not only serve as receptors of the surrounding reality but also as creators of it. When a thought with a strong emotion attached to it rise up in your mind, your neurological system uses the senses to transmit outside your body certain sub-physical elements (I’ll call them here “EE, energy elements”) that in turn merge with other EE to form the event or the object that you perceive. This natural phenomenon takes place all the time and is the mechanism that creates your reality.
Therefore, your physical body is vital for your mastery. Take good care of it.
