Most of what has to be fixed is in the heads of human beings. You just need a universal injection of "MindFix" MindMedicine to fix the problem. No big deal. We have it in our medicine cabinet. We have brought (through a worm hole from Andromeda) a swimming-pool-size, liquid-gob of MindFix and we have already dumped it into the upper atmosphere of your planet. It will mix with all the air molecules on the planet that you breathe and the MindFix MindMedicine will infuse into the minds of all the people on SpaceShipEarth.
With each breath that you take from now on you will be thinking bigger and bigger thoughts. You will be thinking global SuperCity (one SuperCity for all of SpaceShipEarth) with thousands of cone-shaped, mile-high nodes, robotically-built. You will be thinking global SuperTrain to connect all of the SuperCity. You will be thinking global hydroponic gardens to feed the planet when the Yellowstone SuperVolcano erupts causing a decades-long volcanic winter. You will be thinking: The Yellowstone SuperVolcano is 40,000 years past its average 600,000 year eruption time span and when it finally erupts (and it will) it will blast so much fine dust high into the stratosphere where it never gets rained out shading the sun causing the volcanic winter, NO FOOD, Cannibalism..., taking your turn spinning naked over a flaming barbeque pit.
Included in your list of bigger-thinking things that you are now thinking about is the DragonFly Asteroid Miner SuperProject and the CometShield SuperProject to save HumanKind from the next-coming Killer Comet that is coming. You see that long, red triangle on the SuperSnout of the DragonFly Asteroid Miner. This is CometShield real estate where the BigBang, comet missiles are stored and fired from. They don't blow up incoming killer comets; they push them off their collision course with planet Earth. Everybody gets a day off from work with pay to watch the big comet (carrying a billion nuclear-bombs worth of kinetic energy) streak across the sky a hundred miles high and disappear back where it came from.
