Who is @mdbrantingham?
All I know about his identity is that he's a writer, probably from the US, but that's not the side I'm interested in. As the hard-working minnow I am, I was checking some contests a few months ago, trying to get a bit more funds to promote my content, and I found that he had taken part in the same contest that I was planning to enter.
Living with curiosity is a funny thing. You explore so much that sometimes you don't even know how you got to a place, but you know that it's a jackpot. Once I got into his profile, I knew I'd hit gold. I'm always looking for great writers, and he is one of the best ones I've seen on Steemit.
I found sublime poetry that touched my senses and inspired me, and there were very bold and creative stories. What is common about all of them is that they are all very well-written and they inspire me to become a better writer myself.
Why am I promoting his novel?
I've been following him ever since I first found him, and I've been leaving him comments and opening my mouth in awe every time I read him. Even though his strategies for success on Steemit seem to be from another world, they somehow work.
And now, he told me that he'll be having a promotion tomorrow for his novel, so how could I not be excited? I get to read one of his only novels for free.
