The @steemitlove now has more than 40 bots devoting their lives voting for him. I believe in few days he would be released from the black list. I found that his reputation went from -34,801,721,220,430 to -34,801,162,687,258 in a short while (an increase of 558,533,172 reputation scores). Please see the picture below. (Of course, the 40 bots have to work their ass off ...)

This problem probably derives from that even votes from a low reputation guy would counts when it comes to reputation computation. Such a problem also suggests that absolute number of votes along might be a less preferred indicator in telling whether one is trustworthy.
Probably, steemit needs to implement reputation algorithms like PageRank. But, thanks @vespasky to point out that PageRank is computational intensive, there should be better ideas than mine.
