I have decided to start documenting my interactions with some bots. @MrsWhale was the first bot I have decided to review.
I did all of my tracking of the bidding on the bots here.
I checked their voting and vote worth here at steemworld.org
Her name sounds like she has a lot of power and may be helpful to you, but she only has a vote value of $7.82 and will only allow votes to be distributed after there is a negative ROI to bidders.
When I view her Last Round bidding details after a new round of bidding begins; I find that she pays exactly as listed on the Bottracker website.
Using a bot is like gambling, because someone can vote after you if bidding is still open. Some bots are good at closing the auction when the timeframe has run out and some are not.
The @mrswhale bot leaves the bidding open after the time has ran out ensuring that everyone that uses her services will get a -ROI. She literally won't leave the bot tracker page until she has ripped off her customers. Scroll down and look for yourself, time stamps in upper right of each photo.
20 seconds later
Another 20 seconds later
Another 30 Seconds.... why hello kittybot.... nice to see you cheat your customers too by adding time.... my math says you should be done with your auction.
Another 50 seconds
Another 36 seconds or 1 second depending on who we use as our time piece. 36 have passed for allaz but only 1 second for upgoater.
Again another 15 seconds
Another 13 seconds and BAM another bidder on @mrswhale 4 mins after her auction is supposed to be done.
5 mins after starting our tracking we find @MrsWhale is still collecting bids....
Positives: upvote reward matches final reward after bidding is closed... cent for cent; good for extra vote
Negatives: only has vote value of $7.82 and requires all bidders to take a loss
Recomendation: Until her code is fixed stay away from this scammer
Stay tuned as I investigate more bots.
I have 2 more reviews coming soon on data already collected.
