So what is this post about and why is it "Day 1", its because I am starting a new series of post like where I express my feelings, experiences and my viewpoint on the humanly things and let you all know how I look at the world. Its isn't fixed that it will be a daily thing, but I will try to make it possibly a daily one. So fire up your engines humans.

Focus on Solution, not the problem
For day 1, I chose this topic cause, you know its most people go through. So I thought its better to get that in focus and let you all know what or how I deal with it. It might be helpful to you it might not, you might like it you might not, so in the end its your viewpoint you can have any way you want I have no problem in it.
So focusing on solution, what does it mean. In my simple words, you have to look for solutions to the problems, not the problems alone. Now let me explain what I mean to say, take for example you have any problem no matter how big or small it is, and you stress out that you have that problem and keep thinking about it, even though you don't know that you are focusing only on problem and not solution you keep doing it unknowingly. Now what you are actually doing is, using all your mind and energy within only to focus on what problem is, you will think like this is bad, if this happened than it will be more worse, if I try this and failed what will happen and all other things that will do nothing good but just built up pressure in your mind and eventually you end up being stressed and overthinking a lot.
Now what I mean to say by focusing on solution is to look for options you have not the result you want, many humans have a problem and think like I need to get out of it and want a way out but can't think of what the possible solution is cause they are thinking the wrong way. They are focusing on end result and the problem but not the important part in between, that is the options or possible solution you have at the 'present' moment. Now again why I said 'present' cause situations changes every second, the solutions you have at this moment might not be valid the next second or day or month or year later. So its better to choose one that is best in that particular moment. You have to think like this way, I have 'this and this' problems, and at this particular moment I have 'this, this and this' options.

Than go through all these options and make sure you have got it all and nothing is left out to be considered, so now what you are actually doing is taking your life like an algorithm, like you have got problem, you know the various solutions, you pick the best one at that moment, and go with it, if there is a situation change in between and that option becomes no longer valid move over to the next best option at that 'present' moment. This way you won't be stressing up your mind much and you have it all sorted and cleared out in your mind.
I personally made this below flowchart, for you humans to understand, I have it in my mind, so I don't need to see it but just for you to explain how simple life and problems can be I am showing you this.

But remember humans, I am not considering emotional part of this things, for making a decision in your life you might be influenced by your emotional part of your mind and heart and its not bad, but work out this whole system as a collective thing and chose the one that is best for you at that particular moment, and if situation changes and your selected option becomes useless, nothing to worry, the changing situation got you some new options that might be the best for you. So just start over all again and get going cause there is always a solution to the problem.
Its like a maze, find your way from end to start and not from start to end, similar to here, start from solutions to problems and not problems to solution. So focus on solution and keep going till you solve your problems and I am damn sure you humans will make out of your problems and I have faith in that. So nothing to worry about.

So as to wrap up this short post, let me sum up all for you humans, don't focus on problems alone, Focus on what options/solutions you have at that 'present' moment, select the best option considering the emotional part too, and than get going with it. If any situation changes and that solution seem to fail or is about to fail, start over and select the next best solution at that 'present' moment. Keep going till you find your way out of the problems.
Also to keep in mind, I am not at all saying like there won't be problem anymore, there will always be problems small or big, but I am explaining in here how to deal with it.
So my fellow humans hope you understood my words and I hope I helped you out in any possible way. So now get going....
