INGREDIENTS * Bread slice - 8-10 * Semolina - 150 g. * Yogurt - 100 g. * Water - as required * Black pepper - 1/2 tablespoon * Salt - to taste. * Sugar - 1 tablespoon of sugar. * Large sized onion - 1 is high. * Larger sized tomato - 1 is high. * Green chilli - a little * capsicum - 1/2 cup * Coriander leaves - to the extent required. * Butter / Ghee - as required.
HOW TO PREPARE
- Add a bowl of yoghurt, black pepper, semolina, salt and sugar.
- Mix everything and leave for 10 minutes.
- Add chopped onion, tomato, chili pepper and coriander leaves.
- Spread the mixture on the slice of bread.
- Add ghee or butter in a thick bottom bowl.
- Bread slice should be fried until it blades on both sides.
- Cut it in the triangle shape and serve it while hot.
