This joke is unfortunately outdated, as the polite bobby meme has been replaced by the tyrannical officer who constantly asks you whether you have a license for whatever you are currently doing. Today, we should rather say in dystopia, all policemen are Britons, all chefs are Britons, and all engineers are...well...Britons.
