Well, the positive thing about this story is that the victim's condition seems to be improving.

That's the only positive thing.

If you live in New York, I honestly think that, when you go to vote, you should just look at all the incumbents and vote the other way.

This evil piece of shit, Van Phu Bui, served prison time for forcing a minor to perform sex acts on him at gun point. Now, he decided to sucker punch a middle-aged man and nearly kill that man -- the man could still die -- and the fucking DA decided to charge Van Phu Bui with a misdemeanour.

I know that the Bronx has a different DA than Manhattan; but, the trend is there. I don't believe that there would be significant differences if this case happened in Manhattan or if the Jose Alba case happened in the Bronx.
