Episode 1 - Flying Lesson | Bucket List Vlog

Ive always known that life is super short and goes by extremely quickly! I also don't believe in an afterlife, reincarnation or anything of that nature, so I know I have to fill this life with all the things Id like to do.

Like with anything, I've found you have to visualise and plan what you want to achieve. If you don't, it won't happen and you will be a victim of circumstance, and circumstance often does not give a shit about what you want.

So Ive decided to proactively tick at least one thing off my bucket list every two weeks, Ive chosen two weeks as its the easiest timeframe to be affordable (considering a lot of the stuff on my list can be expensive), give me enough time to get the videos edited, and leave me enough free time to work on my business and not become too much of a burden to have to keep doing.

Its also short enough of a timeframe for me to not feel like I'm not getting through it quickly enough, as Ive got a huge list which I want to keep growing as I come up with new ideas, which will keep me going for years.

Many of the things on the list are multi-level, or can continuously evolve, what I mean by that is for example, the flying lesson is one thing ticked off my list, but the next level is it facilitates me to get my light aircraft license which is another goal on the list, which will then lead to the third level which is the ultimate goal of me flying a Redbull Stunt Plane. (who knows maybe once Ive done that, Ill want to get a jet license and so on and on...)

The way Im going to hold myself to this is, a) by announcing it publicly right here, and b) Vlogging it all as a record to look back on!

Hopefully I can motivate some more people to get out there and tick some stuff of their bucket lists too! Its all too easy to say "one day I'm going to", we should change that statement to "on XYZ date I have booked to go and do...."

Thats why I have started the "bucket-list" tag right here on Steemit, so we can all keep up to date with all the cool shit we are all doing and lets see how many people we can get getting out doing stuff and using the tag :)
