Over the past few days, I’ve been diving deep into something new — a personal tool built with code, conviction, and a clear mission.
It's something that has real-world utility, and it’s unlike anything I’ve done before.
This project:
✅ Runs fully offline
✅ Protects user privacy
✅ Helps with something I’ve wanted for years
✅ Is nearly ready for soft release
✅ Will be affordable, self-contained, and easy to install
It’s running on a Raspberry Pi 4, uses Python and Flask, and has already been containerized into a Docker image for easy sharing. I even built out a polished interface, proper error handling, and a slick README for distribution. We're talking full-stack DIY here — and it's already exceeded my expectations.
I’ll be releasing more details soon, but for now I’m continuing to test and refine it. There’s still more tuning to be done, and the next phase involves careful validation with real-world use cases.
Stay tuned.
This one matters.
And when I do drop it — I want it to land hard.
