Problem Statement:
Lack of Transparency: Complainants often face difficulty in tracking the
progress of their FIR.
Delays in Filing: Long wait times and bureaucratic hurdles delay the filing of
FIRs.
Inefficient Processing: Manual handling of FIRs leads to slow processing and
administrative inefficiencies.
Corruption: Opportunities for bribery and corruption during the FIR filing process.
Record Tampering: FIR records can be altered or lost, compromising the integrity
of the information.
Privacy Concerns: Sensitive information in FIRs is vulnerable to unauthorized
access and misuse.
IDEA/APPROACH DETAILS:-
This project aims to provide a secure and transparent complaint registration system using blockchain
technology. Users can register their complaints and update the complaint status from pending to resolved.
The system is built using React.Js Tailwindcss ,Solidity and Foundry. Features The prototype are function
as follow.......
Users can register complaints by providing details such as description, category, and date of
occurrence.
Users can update the status of their complaints from pending to resolved, ensuring they are informed
about the progress.
Blockchain technology ensures data is secure and tamper-proof. Only the wallet that registered the
complaint can change its status.
Complaints can be searched using the wallet address. Personal data remains private; only the
complaint ID, description, registration time, admin response, response time, and status are visible
Admin authentication is based on the wallet address. The dashboard includes tabs for total
complaints, last responded complaint ID, responding to complaints, and status-updated complaints.
Built using the latest technologies, the system is fast and efficient. It can be used by businesses,
government agencies, and individuals to handle complaints securely.

Overall Expience :
The problem statement was as intriguing as it was complex: How can we leverage real-world data to efficiently navigate through transportation challenges and find the most optimal routes? 🌐🚛
Throughout the hackathon, we brainstormed, collaborated, and experimented with various approaches. Each of us brought unique skills and perspectives to the table, which enriched our problem-solving process. From data analysis to algorithm design, from coding to presentation, every step of the journey was a learning experience.
