I can't find any way to contact Steemit powers-that-be so I'll put my thoughts into a post.
I am brand new to Steemit. I came to read posts by a haejin lee about cryptocurrencies. And I immediately saw a dynamic between Lee and someone who uses the alias of Bernie Sanders.
This is a nasty situation.
Lee, writing under his own name, offers analysis of crypto charts. His posts are thoughtful and analytical.
Sanders, writing under someone else's name, attacks Lee and many others. He writes of ripping people off and of whales abusing minnows who don't have the right to speak or exist.
Sander's posts are hateful and moronic.
Others have written that Sanders bots the downvoting to harm Lee's ability to earn rewards.
I am puzzled as to why Steemit allows Sanders to use the Steemit platform in this manner. I'm here on Steemit to learn and contribute. It seems that Sanders and others are here to try to dominate and piss on others, perhaps in an attempt to make up for their failings in the real world. If those sorts of losers are able to win on Steemit, then this is not the platform that I believe the founders are trying to create.
If you agree, please upvote and perhaps Steemit will take notice and do something about it.
