Ingredients:
2 hamburger buns
2 chicken fillets
2 slices of cheesburger cheese
2 potato pancake
1 cats of ketchup
1 tablespoon chili puree
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 egg yolk
30 g of belal / rice / popcorn petal
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
some leaves of green salad
Chilli powder, salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, and herbs.
Process:
Fry the rösti, it should be lightly browned
Cover the chicken fillets with chili puree
In a plate crush the puffed petals and add a little chili powder, mix.
In another plate mix breadcrumbs, flour, chili powder, oregano, salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic.
Bend the chicken with the egg yolk and then roll the meat on both sides in the breadcrumb mixture, add again with egg yolk taking care not to remove the first layer of breadcrumbs and then finally roll in the mixture with blown petals.
In a hot pan with a little oil fry the chicken fillets, they should be well browned on both sides.
Degrease the potato pancake between two sheets of paper towels.
Start training.
Cut the hamburger buns in half.
On pedestals, spread some ketchup, chili puree.
On the lids a little mayonnaise and herbs.
Then place on each base a breaded chicken fillet.
Place a slice of cheese then a potato pancake.
Finally, put a little salad and then close the burgers.
When serving, reheat the whole thing for 1 minute in the microwave.
