Actually, MFN is a financial status, in which there is a provision to be given under the 'free trade agreement' between the two countries. Any country which gives it status to any country, that country has to keep the conditions of trade in common with all of them. Countries that are given MFN status, they are given less duty, more business opportunities and highest import quotas as compared to other countries in the trade.
