Lean StartUp Approach
If you are an entrepreneur or a wannabe like me, You should already hear about this thing. The Lean StartUp Approach is a scientific way of creating, and managing StartUps. Doing this we can get our product done at the lightspeed and get early feedback.

Definitely, you need to read "The Lean StartUp" Book. You will learn a lot I promise!
Another great book is is the Business Modal Generation. I learned very interesting stuff with him.

Minimum Viable Products (MVP)
So what is this? The famous MVP. In simple words, a MVP is the most basic version of your product. It's the minimum that you have to do to make things happen.
So, like you can imagine the MVP are optimized for learning, not scaling. You use MPV to test your idea. No one knows better what people what than the market. So Make the MVP faster as you can and send it to the market! After this, receive the feedback and improve your product. @bluedemon has a cool article on this topic called "Turn an Idea Into Reality". Tools To Build The MVP
Well, I can write just a post about this topic, believe in me. I already did it in a Portuguese Blog.
If you are thinking in build a startup you need to know how to use a Bussiness Model Canvas (BMC). It's simple to use however, this task can be a little challenging for the newbies. But don't worry, You Can Do It!
So a simple explanation about what is it. The BMC is something reflects systematically on your business model. In other words, it's a canvas that says how your idea will be a Bussiness. If you want more about the BMC just say. I will write a good article, I promise!
A simple explanation about this:
1. Value Proposition
It's the core value of your product/service;
What is the customer needs are you solving/satisfying;
2. Customer Segment
This section says who are your clients. I recommend you make a persona. We will talk about that.
3.Customer Relationship
How will be the relations with your client? What relation that the target customer expects from you?
4.Distribution Channel
What do you think what is? Which channels work best? How can you integrate these channels into your and your customer's routines?
5.Revenue Stream
What do you earn? How much will be the price?
6.Key Partners
Who is your "besty"? The one, The partner that gives you help you achieve your goals?
7. Key Activities
What is the thing? What activities do you need to do to maintain your value proposition?
8.Key Resources
What resources do you need to maintain your value proposition?
9.Cost Structure
What do you need pay? All the cost you business have.
Persona
Well, another topic that we can discuss more deeply in another post. Just say in the comment section if you want to know more about it.
I'm young and naive but I suggest you do not start a business without one. The Persona is your client stereotype. The client of your dream. A Persona can be very useful when you want to add a new feature, or change a color, or to understand the behavior of your clients.
To build a Persona we need to follow some steps but I will share with you the basics.
Yeah, you need to know the basic stuff, name, age, profession and other demographic information. But the most important is understand the Goals, Challenges, Psychological Traits, etc.
