What will the future of business hold? The state of the economy has moved so fast in recent years, it's hard to predict what the landscape will look like even a few years from now.
One thing looks certain at this point: this particular mall in my city, will likely have some space opening up soon.
Just how many of these anchor stores will still be around in the next 5 years!? I'm expecting 3 of the stores pictured above to be gone. Did they over leverage? Fiscally irresponsible? Or have consumer needs changed?
