Currenly I have a SP-delegation of 10K + 2K SP first from minnowbooster and second from myself and players to hand out upvotes to players playing the minigames on:

Players posting their score now receive between 7 cents and 45 cents just for playing a game sa that is not bad at all.
for S-City
I was trying some facebookadvertention but that doesnt feel like that's it. For 20 euro i got 600 clicks, that seems nice but meaby 1-3 signups.
Does anyone of you have advertisingskills and can give me good advice?
Another thing that I will do is make contests for steemians to develop graphic images to expand the game with pets, properties, cars etc....
Also every post shared about score is kind of advertisement for the website and S-City.
I love to see much more people trying out S-City, so if you didn't do that already, head over there, what are you waiting for.
Soon more funds will become available to promote those posts to the trendingpage and start the contests etc.
Don't forget there is already a contest running where you can win 70 STEEM and VIP for playing S-city
