Hey everyone! Welcome back to another Clive's English Corner post!
So, as usual, we have an idiom to start the week off, and today's idiom is:
Save (something) for a rainy day
So there are those times when everything is abundant and we just live largely and spend without thinking about it twice, but you might want to save a bit for a rainy day. In other words, it could be a good idea to have a bit of a reserve, of money, caution, or others; in order to be prepared when the music stops and difficult times come. So do not forget to save some for a rainy day!
