If you come to Vietnam at the beginning of May, you can see and listen a lot about Dien Bien Phu battle on TV or public communication. The battle of Dien Bien Phu was the climatic confrontation of Fist Indochina War between the French Union's French Far Expeditionary Corps and Viet Minh communist nationalist revolutionaries. The battles operated for 2 months and finally Viet Minh are victor. A1 hill is a place where the hardest battle was operated.
I visited to Dien Bien Phu at the end of April 2017.

The war has gone far away but many victim of it was dead or injured. No one expects the war but the wars are still operating in the world. Nowadays, Vietnamese youth does not experience the war but we understand the value of peace. Many people dead for our peace today. Pray for them all.
